President of Fleur De Lis Film Studios, former CEO of The Rock Entertainment and the President of Stunts Spectacular. BJ Davis is a Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Producers Guild of America (PGA), Directors Guild of America (DGA), Screen Actors Guild (SAG), Writers Guild of America (WGA), American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), Association of Canadian Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA), Independent Filmmakers Alliance and Film Independent. BJ Davis is a Film and Television Executive with a broad foundation as a working Executive Producer, Producer, Director, Screenwriter, Line Producer, Second Unit Director, Stunt Coordinator, Unit Production Manager and First Assistant Director in all media markets. BJ accumulated his wealth of knowledge working as VP of Production, acquisition, post production, sales, distribution and marketing for various production companies throughout his career in the film industry.



John D. Schofield, CEO

The son of a prominent Yorkshire hotelier, he studied at England's Guildhall School of Music and Drama, then moved to the U.S., where he rose to the position of prominence in the film industry. John D. Schofield served as a Vice President of Mandalay Pictures and had the pleasure of producing dozens of highly successful films, including "Enemy At the Gates", "I Dreamed of Africa", "The Brothers Grimm", "Beyond Borders" and the Academy Award winning films "As Good As It Gets", "Jerry McGuire" and "Ali". John worked with super stars Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Tom Cruise, Renee Zellweger, Will Smith, Jamie Foxx, Michael Mann, Cameron Crowe, James L. Brooks, Terry Gilliam, Tom Hanks, Harvey and Bob Weinstein, Jerry Zucker, Albert Brooks, Rosie O'Donnell, Nick Nolte, Sir Ian McKellen, Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie, Clive Owen, the late, great Heath Ledger and many others.



Julia Davis, Sr. Vice President

Sr. Vice President of Production of Fleur De Lis Film Studios. She is a Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Executive Member of Women In Film, member of the Screen Actors Guild, member of the Independent Filmmakers Alliance and a member of Film Independent. Julia Davis has been working in the entertainment industry throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East for the last 15 years. Julia Davis worked as a VP of Post Production, Writer, Producer and Director. She is a produced Screenwriter, having authored a TV Series and an Award-Winning feature film, starring Academy Award nominees Burt Reynolds and Charles Durning, as well as Raquel Welch, Robert Loggia and Richard Grieco. Julia Davis worked as a stunt double for Academy Award-winner Angelina Jolie. She has a Masters degree as an Avionics and Spacecraft Engineer and fluently speaks several foreign languages.



Eva Choina, Chief Financial Officer

Eva Choina is the Chief Financial Officer of Fleur De Lis Film Studios. She is a successful, multilingual Staten Island, New York business owner/ financial enterpreneur, with degrees in History and Philosophy. Eva Choina worked with BJ Davis and Julia Davis on the TV series "Medal of Honor", co-produced the award winning family film, "Forget About It" with John D. Schofield and BJ Davis, as one of the Studio Executives for The Rock Entertainment and Hoboken Pictures. The Rock Entertainment produced “Charlie Sheen’s Stunts Spectacular”, “Texas Rangers - The Untold Stories”, “LAPD - To Protect And To Serve” and developed a full production slate of films that include “Hunt For The Devil”, “Paul – Ambassador In Chains, “El Coyote”, “Blu Bayou”, "McNelly’s Rangers”, “Beautiful Evil”, “Super Ninja” and other properties for all media venues.



Asif Akbar, VP Production

Asif Akbar was born into the film industry, starting his promising career in his native Bangladesh, where Asif’s father is known as a highly regarded and established film and television producer. Asif earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Cinema/TV Productions from Hollywood’s prestigious Columbia College of Hollywood. Asif’s passion and purpose is exemplified in his work, seeking truth and excellence in the projects he chooses to participate in. Asif covered the coveted 79th and 80th Academy Awards Red Carpet pre-events, mingling with the Hollywood elite, including Ryan Seacrest, Regis Philbin and many others enabling Asif to learn the internal workings of this exclusive society of talented artists firsthand. The global filmmaking community is Asif’s palette to paint a picture of truth and bring awareness to important social issues. Asif’s docu-drama, “Top Priority: The Terror Within”, exposed monumental corruption, abuses and cover-ups in the United States government, related to the history-making case of Julia Davis, a national security whistleblower. Asif continues his course as a dedicated filmmaker and champion of justice for all humanity in developing the TV series “Whistleblowers – The Untold Stories” with Fleur De Lis Film Studios, which will showcase America’s unsung heroes. Asif is developing the feature film, “Room and Board”, a unique project that seeks to redefine the horror genre with its historical references, drama, dark humor and elegant intrigue. This feature film is primed to become a fright-night franchise, starring Academy Award nominees and stellar cast. Asif is currently in development with many other different film and television productions, serving as Vice President of Production for Fleur De Lis Film Studios.



Manuel Flores-Ruiz, VP Acquisitions

Manuel Flores-Ruiz is an accomplished author, screenwriter and film producer. Manny also explored the world of television in “The Wonder Years” among others, in different capacities. As a dialogue translator, writer and film developer he contributed to the making of many films and TV projects, including Universal/Stampede Entertainment “Tremors III”, DreamWorks’ “The Line”, a TV pilot originally written by Robert and Michelle King (Red Corner), for Red Rock Entertainment “Superstition Highway”, Hoboken Pictures’ “El Coyote”.
Manuel assisted in developing an environmentally-oriented short film for one of RSA production Companies. As a film producer, in recent years, he worked for Beverly Hills Film Studios, co-producing two films. The award winning film “Forget About It” directed by BJ Davis, written by Julia Davis. Flores-Ruiz was on board for Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy’s outrageous flick “Dirty Love”.
His latest works include an on-screen performance in “The Exodus of Charlie Wright”, starring Andy Garcia and Aidan Quinn. In addition, Manuel participated in a special collaboration in a Nickelodeon pilot for the cable network. Multiple projects for film and television are in the works for Manny, who is co-producing the upcoming feature film “Room and Board”, directed by Julia Davis. Manuel Flores-Ruiz is serving as VP of Acquisitions for Fleur de Lis Film Studios.



Raquel Diaz, VP Public Relations

Raquel is a multitalented entertainment industry professional, having established herself as a freelance specialist in sales and marketing. She brings years of hands-on experience, stepping aboard during the company's expansion phase. Raquel Diaz is heading the Public Relations division for Fleur De Lis Film Studios.

Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer, VP Media-Government Relations

Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer is a VP of Media-Government Relations for Fleur De Lis Film Studios. He is the author of the New York Times Bestseller "Operation Dark Heart". Anthony Shaffer serves as a government Liaison/CIA Black Ops/Military Technical Advisor, National Security Consultant / Analyst for film and TV research and development. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer serves as the Director for External Communications at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies. He testified before Congress, serves on the Task Force on National and Homeland Security and frequently appears on network television, including Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, RT TV, BBC, to name a few. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer honorably retired from the military, after his twenty-five years of service as a field intelligence operative aid more than three decades of service to the nation in both the Army National Guard and Army Reserve. He enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard in 1981, while still in high school. He went on to graduate from Wright State University in 1986. During his initial years of service, Shaffer deployed to Germany, conducting various anti-terrorism operations. In 1988 he graduated first in his class of the Military Operations Training Course, MOTC, at Camp Perry, VA. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer was promoted to Captain in 1990 and was brought to active duty by the Army for the first Gulf War in 1991. He participated in the development of a key classified program named STARWATCHER B. After the conclusion of the first Gulf War, he was appointed to serve as the chief of the Army's global clandestine HUMINT collection program. Shaffer served as the senior HUMINT advisor to the J2/Senior Intelligence Officer of Joint Interagency Task Force East, JIATF-E, conducting counter-drug operations in the Transit Zone between Columbia and the United States. In 1995, Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer transitioned to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Department of Defense. He created and directed Task Force STRATUS IVY--a one-of-a-kind special mission task force that harnessed the skills of officers from the NSA, Army Intelligence and DIA. Shaffer was promoted to Major, due to his unique and highly viable set of skills and abilities. During this period of his career he participated in multiple highly classified operations, including a project known as ABLE DANGER. This controversial counterterrorism operation was designed to detect and counteract Al Qaeda capabilities, successfully locating Al Qaeda cells operating within the United States before the 9/11 attacks. After the 9/11 attacks, Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer returned to active duty for a 30-month period, during which he commanded a DIA operating base and had two successful combat tours to Afghanistan. Shaffer commanded Field Operating Base, FOB, Alpha - a joint DIA/CIA brigade equivalent unit conducting classified collection and special anti-terrorism operations.
During his two undercover combat tours in Afghanistan, Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer participated in the search for senior Al Qaeda leadership in Afghanistan. He is credited for disrupting the Taliban's first attempt to return to power in Afghanistan.
Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer received the Bronze Star Medal, BSM, for performance as an Operations Officer of the HUMINT Support Detachment in Afghanistan. After promotion to Lieutenant Colonel in 2005, Shaffer was attached to Navy's premier counterterrorism think-tank, DEEP BLUE at the Pentagon, where he worked on key situational awareness and counterterrorism tools and technology.
In 2005 and 2006, Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer testified before the U.S. Congress with respect to multiple issues that relate to the 9/11 terrorist attacks and intelligence failures. In 2006 he was assigned to and commanded the Special Troops Battalion, STB, of the 9th Theater Support Command, Ft. Belvoir, VA. In 2007 he was selected to serve as the G6/Senior Information Officer, Anti-Terrorism Officer and Public Affairs Officer of the 94th Division, Force Sustainment, Ft Lee, VA.
Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer remained with the 94th Division until he reached his mandatory retirement date, MRD, in July of 2011. He serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies, continuing to influence national defense strategy and policy through research and advocacy of critical national security issues. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer is uniquely qualified for his position with Fleur De Lis Film Studios due to his set of skills, abilities and specialized knowledge, developed in the course of his long and distinguished career.
