Fleur De Lis Film Studios has snared the foreign distribution rights to Crevice Entertainment and director Justin Chambers acclaimed new feature film “Broken Roads”.

The drama, which boasts “Jerry Maguire” and “Stuart Little” star Jonathan Lipnicki as one of its producers, is the heartwarming story of a young man who, after a car accident that claims the life of his mother, is forced to live with his grandmother.

Word has come out of the American Film Market 2012 that Fleur De Lis Film Studios announcedBristled: The Howl Chronicles, written by Clint Morris and directed by Asif Akbar. Read on for the first details.

The project, which is still in pre-production, will star Eric Stoltz, Brooke Lewis, Christopher Showerman, Stephen Tobolowsky, Matthew Lawrence, Kane Hodder, Issa Bayaua, Jonathan Silverman, and Masha Shapiro.

Synopsis:

Hollywood is to court controversy with a film that will challenge the official version of the events of 9/11, a previously taboo topic for the industry mainstream. Martin Sheen, Woody Harrelson and Ed Asner, who have all supported conspiracy theories about the terrorist attacks, have signed up to the movie, which is entitled September Morn.

Styling itself as a drama in the tradition of Twelve Angry Men, the film’s advance publicity note hints at a cover-up, saying: “We the people demand that the government revisit and initiates a thorough and independent investigation to the tragic events of 911.”

Details of the film, which is to be directed by BJ Davis and written by Howard Cohen, are expected to be revealed at an American Film Market conference in Los Angeles next week, Deadline.com reported.

The production has been set up by Fleur de Lis Film Studios, which has also made the documentary A Noble Lie, about the Oklahoma City bombing, and Operation: Dark Heart, a feature based on an intelligence agent’s memoirs.

Until now Hollywood has steered clear of claims that the Bush administration, or other elements in the government, may have been behind the 9/11 attacks, in which hijacked passenger planes crashed into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field in Pennslyvania. The fourth plane was apparently en route to the Capitol.

Knowing I had just seen his new documentary, “Top Priority: The Terror Within,” producer BJ Davis asked me what I had thought of the film. I summed my review up in one word.

Much has been made of the state of the world since the horror of September 11, 2001. As citizens we’ve been told to keep our eyes open…to report anything we may think is suspicious. But what if you worked for the U.S. Government’s Department of Homeland Security and you discovered that no less than 23 “Special Interest Aliens” (read: persons from such countries as Iraq, Libya, Indonesia and others) just walked across the Mexican border into the United States. You’d notify your superiors, right? Apparently not if you want to keep your job.

The central figure in this film is Julia Davis. Born in Kiev, Russia she met and fell in love with American filmmaker BJ Davis while he was making a movie in her country. Emigrating to the USA and armed with Masters Degrees in Aviation and Spacecraft Engineering, she soon found herself working for the Department of Homeland Security as a Customs and Border Patrol Officer. So strong was her knowledge of, and commitment to, the job that she would often appear on national news programs as an anti-terrorist expert to field questions. In an average month, approximately 10-15 “Special Interest Aliens” would be given authorization to enter the USA, usually after a lengthy question and answer session with a DHS agent. While checking her daily work Davis discovered that, in a 10 hour period on July 4, 2004, 23 “Special Interested Aliens” entered the US without so much as one question by anyone in authority. BJ Davis has achieved the extraordinary. Not only has he performed spectacular stunts and broken world records, but he has also produced and directed many memorable Hollywood films.

Davis told me that he made his debut in Tinseltown as a walk-on extra in the popular western television series Bat Masterson, when he was just nine years old. “There was a contest to be in the show, and I got the spot,” Davis said. “That began my quest. My objective became to write, create and produce.”

He was attracted to Hollywood as a child during visits to California from eastern Texas. “I remember specifically as you go into Hollywood, you walk along the Walk of Fame. I was about four years old, and I remember seeing the stars and told my parents, ‘I’m going to be in the movies.’”

Growing up, Davis excelled in sports, rodeo and motocross racing. “I had a great, God-given gift for competing in the rodeo in saddle bronc and bareback riding, and steer-wrestling bull riding. I began to win different competitions and ultimately won Best All-Round Cowboy,” he added.
